Commercial Kitchen Rental

Minimum Rental: 3 Hours

Fee: $100.00 for the first 3 hours, $35.00 per hour for additional time, in full hour increments. 

Fee includes all utilities.

Hours of Operation: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm 

The Kitchen is exclusively yours for the duration of your rental period.


Renter Eligibility Requirements

  • Renters must be ServeSafe Certified
  • Renters using facilities more than once must have proof of insurance and list Elliott's Natural Foods as additionally insured up to one million dollars ($1,000,000.00)
  • Renters creating food for retail must show business license
  • Caterers will need to provide a copy of your health permit as a Low or High risk caterer


Payment

  • $200.00 deposit plus a $50 equipment fee at signing

            Deposits may take a minimum of 5 days to return to renter

  • 30% of Reservation Fee is due at signing to hold reservation
